Paul was raised in Sydney, Australia where he was ordained as a minister in 1990. He has led in, pastored and planted churches in Australia and England and was the Principal of C3 Bible College in Sydney in the 1990s before coming to the UK in 1998.

Since then he has established churches in England and Pakistan and founded his first Bible College here in 1998 as well. He has served churches, trained leaders and taught in churches and colleges in the USA, South Africa, New Zealand, Pakistan and through various nations in Europe over the last 30 years.

Paul's passion is to know God and to bring His power and presence everywhere he goes. He has given his life to build God's people into all God intended them to be. His strong, prophetic gifting, wisdom in leadership and dynamic preahing and teaching have changed thousands of lives all over the world, and many of his students are now in ministry themselves.

Paul is married to Caroline and they have seven adult children between them. They reside in Chertsey, Surrey.
