ST.GEORGES DAY LOVING OUR COMMUNITY -
We want to say a special THANK YOU TO ALL OUR GREAT TEAM - we were THRILLED to be a part of what is reputed to be the second largest St. Georges Day festival in the UK - right on our own Whitton High Street. From 11am-4pm on Saturday 21 april we filled the street with joy, with our own gazebo, live band, dancing onstage, free hand massages, face painting - and the love life and power of Jesus. We had specially made flyers to tell everyone of God's goodness - there were between 3000- 6000 local beautiful people there!
APRIL-MAY: THE GOOD NEWS WE BRING!
Through April and May we will be focusing on the great privilege we have to bring GOOD NEWS to every creature! We will be discovering what exactly this 'good news' is, including the gospel that God has given to us! We will hear from various people about the powerful encounters they have had in bringing God's love to others, and we will be taking every opportunity to put it all into practice with various ways of reaching and touching the beautiful people of our local communities.You may well hear things that blow your mind and expand you beyond what you thought possible! Don't miss it!!
RAISING POSITIVE KIDS!
A special seminar that has become one of Greater Life's most popular events. If you really want to know how to bring up children effectively, positively and powerfully as a Christian, then do not miss this! Spend a half day with us, [with babysitting, afternoon, 4 sessions and notes included].
Cost: is only £25 for a couple and £15 for a single all inclusive.
Date: is Saturday 9 May 2012.
Time: 1-5pm.

Ashley and Ruth Schmierer are the world overseers for the COC movement of churches. Their passion and effectiveness in reaching people for Jesus and building victorious and effective local churches has been proven for nearly three decades, and takes them around the world where they oversee multiple thousands of people in many different nations. We are honoured to announce we will be hosting Ruth to minister to us later this Spring. Final date TBC. WATCH THIS SPACE!
